Officer Hank Guilfoyle began his law enforcement career in January 2002 as a military police officer with the United States Marine Corps He was stationed Japan and was assigned to the MCAS Special Reaction Team. Officer Guilfoyle served as a member of the Marine Corps until 2006. Officer Guilfoyle was recalled back to the U.S. Marine Corps for another year where he served in Al Anbar province of Iraq. There he was assigned to Convoy security and worked closely with the Explosive Ordinance Team. Officer Guilfoyle Joined the Skiatook Police Department in December of 2010 and Graduated from the CLEET Basic Academy in March of 2011. In 2016 Officer Guilfoyle was awarded the Life Saving Award for helping to save a man who's vehicle was turned over in a water filled ditch. He held the mans head out of the water until medics could extract him from the wrecked vehicle. Officer Guilfoyle was appointed handler of the Police Department K-9 Diesel in 2018
