Instructions for Paying Your Bill Online

To pay your utility bill online, you will be required to set up an account. Once you fill in the required information, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been set up. You may then return to this site and log in to pay your bill. Once you submit your payment it will be automatically applied to your account. Only submit the payment once or your credit card will be billed again. Your online account will be updated as soon as the payment is processed, usually just a few minutes.
 

Pay Your Utility Bills Online

The City of Skiatook now offers online bill pay for utilities. There is a $2.50 convenience fee per transaction associated with this service. If you would like to avoid this fee, you can pay by mail or call the city office at 918-396-2797 to set up automatic payments using your checking account. Please see your bill for your past due date.
